Stretchy September – Monthly Challenge

Let’s face it, even when we’re working out regularly, we always rush through (or completely ignore) our stretching. It’s so important to build flexibility in our muscles, but it can be hard to know what stretches to do and how long to hold them for.  This month we’re focusing on flexibility, and stretching different areas of our body every single day. At the end of the month you will notice an increased range of motion, and flexibility in your entire body!
